Rodney 3028 needs a caretaker or foster! Won't you consider helping him get a new start?
2/26/23 Yesterday 3.5 year RODNEY joined our rescue family. His family was absolutely heartbroken to give him up but they knew it was the best thing for him as he was becoming overprotective of some of their foster children. He is blind in one eye, possibly from a scratch from one of his litter mates is what the breeder told his family, but that doesn’t slow down this sweet playful Doberman from being all that he can be. He can be a bit dog selective and reactive at times although he lived peacefully with a male labradoodle but he absolutely adores CATS and is very gentle with them. As he just came in he was understandably confused and stressed but he did seem comforted by the senior Doberman girls. He needs time to decompress and we can evaluate him further regarding other dogs but if you are a cat owner looking for a loving Doberman companion RODNEY is your boy.
