3/1/24 SCRAPPY is still looking for his furever home. This adorable 5 yr old boy finds himself at the rescue through no fault of his own other than the owners had no time for him. He’s a sweet boy and a total ladies man as he likes playing with the other female dogs along the fence. He is heartworm positive, so he needs a local foster or foster to adopt as he goes through his treatment. He’s a good boy; he will really shine once he’s with a family that loves and appreciates him. Special Needs: heartworm treatment needed Not every dog is available for adoption or need a foster - some are wards of the rescue (usually due to medical reasons, but sometimes behavioral). These dogs will always be supported by DRL. We welcome financial support for these dogs. Here are links to foster and adoption applications for those dogs who need a foster home or adoptive home.
